At Computeman, Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional infrastructure services and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, service cancellations, trial periods, and credit management. We encourage all customers to thoroughly test our services during the trial period before making long-term commitments.

Trial Period and Satisfaction Guarantee

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

All new customers receive a 30-day trial period from the date of service activation. During this time, you can evaluate our GPU server hosting, cloud infrastructure, and related services at no risk.

Trial Period Benefits:

  • Full access to service features
  • Dedicated support from our technical team
  • Ability to test performance for your specific workload
  • Option to cancel and receive a full refund if unsatisfied

Eligibility

The 30-day trial applies to:

  • New customer accounts only
  • Initial service deployments
  • Customers who have not previously held an active account with Computeman
  • Services activated after the date of purchase

Refund Policy Terms

Full Refund Window

Customers may request a full refund of all charges incurred during the first 30 days of service activation, provided the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Full Refund:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of initial service activation
  • No outstanding abuse violations or terms of service breaches
  • No data retrieval or recovery assistance has been provided by our team beyond standard technical support
  • All services must be properly terminated through the customer portal

Partial Refunds After Trial Period

After the initial 30-day trial period, refund eligibility depends on the service type and billing cycle:

Monthly Services

  • Refunds are available for unused portions of the current billing month
  • Must be requested within 7 days of the billing cycle end
  • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis

Annual or Multi-Month Commitments

  • Early termination refunds are available with a 15% early termination fee
  • Refund calculation: (Remaining balance) minus (15% early termination fee)
  • Minimum notice period: 7 calendar days

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees or configuration charges
  • Domains registered through our platform (industry standard)
  • Premium support packages (once activated)
  • DDoS protection service upgrades
  • Custom infrastructure consulting services
  • Services used or consumed (bandwidth, storage, compute hours beyond trial period)
  • Charges incurred due to customer-initiated actions or data modifications
  • Recovery or forensics services requested by the customer

Service Cancellation Process

How to Cancel Your Service

To request a refund or cancel your service:

  • Step 1: Log into your customer dashboard at https://dashboard.computeman.net/
  • Step 2: Navigate to the Billing or Account Settings section
  • Step 3: Select Request Cancellation or Cancel Service
  • Step 4: Provide a reason for cancellation (optional feedback)
  • Step 5: Confirm the cancellation request

  • Phone: 1-877-588-5918 (available 24/7/365)
  • Support Ticket: Submit through your customer portal

Cancellation Effective Date

  • Cancellations are effective immediately upon approval
  • Access to services will terminate within 24 hours of cancellation approval
  • Data retention policy applies (see Data Retention section below)

Refund Processing and Timeline

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 3-7 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Store credit refunds: Issued immediately to account dashboard

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. If your original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data Backup Period

After service termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for recovery requests.

Data Deletion

  • Data is automatically deleted after 30 days from service termination
  • You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@computeman.net
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up all critical data before service cancellation.

Special Circumstances

Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge on your account:

  • Contact our billing department at billing@computeman.net within 30 days of the charge
  • Provide details of the disputed charge and reason for dispute
  • Our team will investigate and respond within 10 business days
  • Chargebacks should be avoided; we work with customers to resolve issues directly

Service Downtime or Performance Issues

If our service experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 8 cumulative hours in a single month:

  • Service credits will be applied automatically to your account
  • Credits may be used toward future service fees or requested as a refund
  • Credits expire if not used within 60 days

Defective or Unusable Service

If you receive service that is defective or unusable due to our error:

  • Contact support immediately at support@computeman.net
  • We will remedy the issue at no charge
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued

Abuse and Policy Violations

Services terminated due to abuse or policy violations are non-refundable, regardless of the remaining balance. Policy violations include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal activity or use of services for unlawful purposes
  • Sending spam or malicious content
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems
  • Launching attacks against third-party systems
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Operating botnets or malware distribution networks

We reserve the right to suspend services immediately and without refund if abuse is detected.

International Customers

Currency and Exchange Rates

  • All refunds are processed in USD unless an alternative arrangement is made
  • Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of your financial institution
  • Exchange rates are calculated on the date of refund processing

Regional Regulations

Customers in regions with consumer protection laws (EU, UK, etc.) may have additional rights beyond this policy. We comply with all applicable regional regulations, and this policy should be read in conjunction with local consumer protection laws.
