For each of our shared hosting and VPS packages, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. This allows you to carefully check all its features before a purchase is finalized, and refunds will not be issued after 14 days. We encourage you to take the opportunity to check our products freely, as it will prevent many unnecessary misunderstandings. If you are unsure whether our products satisfy your expectations, we urge you to create a ticket and ask for clarification.

Since Computeman offers non-tangible and non-returnable goods, we do not issue refunds for dedicated servers, domains, SSL Certificates, Proxies, or Cloud VPS once the order is finalized and the product is activated. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any item on our website.

Purchasing dedicated servers (Bare-metal servers & GPU servers) implies accepting all its advantages and disadvantages. Refunds will not be issued because customers believe the product does not meet their expectations.

Website development payment and SEO refund have some limitations, as given below. Please consider your purchase carefully. If you conclude that our custom website development services/SEO does not meet your expectations, you can get a full or partial refund depending on the development progress status before the project is finished:

• 100% refund when the development has not started yet
• 50% refund when the development has been started but is finished in 50% or less of total development
• 25% refund when the development has been started but is finished in 75% or less of total development

Our offered services related to products cover Installation Service, Template Integration, and Priority Support. Since such services are non-tangible and non-returnable, we do not issue refunds once we start the work. Nevertheless, we assure you of the highest service quality and guarantee our best to meet your expectations.
